Our Mission
For 25 years, Change Masters has enriched the lives of key leaders and the people they lead. Most of our clients have paid tens of thousands of dollars to sit across the table from our master coaches.
In order to provide our most valuable resources to more people, we created our book, “Seeing Yourself as Others Do – Authenic Executive Presence as Any Stage of Your Career” which has sold around the world. The book has been embraced by many cultures and many levels in the organizations. We are continually being asked for more resources to reach more people.
Our mission is to provide people at all levels and locations with the experience of better relationships and leadership at work and in their personal lives. The launch of ExecutiveCoach.com in 2012, as a part of celebrating our 25 year anniversary, allows us to help more people around the globe.
Our goal is to provide the experience of sitting across the table from our master coaches and providing resources that will allow people to ask questions, and learn key skills that help them achieve meaningful and pragmatic changes in their lives. We will use many tools including video, audio, webinars, workbooks, workshops, and video conferencing to be able to touch anyone who can access the Internet.
We envision a number of approaches to achieving our mission that include free subscriptions, membership subscriptions, topical presentations, and support for working with your teams to build their skills and effectiveness.
